I cannot post pix from school for some reason- but I wanted to say...

Beware of the Ides, right?
We no longer have a realtor. I am a little nervous, but she assured me we could do this on our own. (Basically, she told us to get what we need to get for our house, we need to save every penny we could- so we cannot really afford a realtor, I should say)
I am sure there are resources available- any ideas?

I like the crackhead idea. It would be like a donation. Maybe you could write it off on your taxes.
