Is he wearing make-up? He looks like he's got lipstick on. I think it's great he's into girl's clothes. Maybe this is why he's naked a lot...he can't stand boy clothes. Try putting him in some dresses and see if he keeps them on. He's just gearing up for the west coast.
no lipstick...just the bralette.he also likes to wear my scarf. you have a point-girl clothes are softer, and he does have sensory issues. hmm. but he does seem to be posing, eh?
