yes, but what does it mean? the whole rudolph vixen relationship is very vague.
I believe it means they are "together" You see Reindeer do not know that inner office romance is not a good idea. What if they had a falling out? Would they be able to work together? Would Santa have to hire someone else...or dear god, would Christmas be cancelled due to the fact that his sled couldn't be pulled without Vixen or Rudolph.
